Carol has lived in the Southeast Kootenay Region for over ten years. Having lived in several ski and summer resorts throughout Canada and the US, she and her husband Andy chose the Kootenays to raise their three children, two dogs and a cat. The Cohen family all love to ski, sail, hike, bike and Fernie has it all. Watching the growth of other resorts she has lived in, including Vail, Whistler and Whitefish; Carol is well aware of the potential for Fernie to be the premier life style resort in North America. Carol is proud to live in the most beautiful, safest, cleanest resort in the world.

Carol has also been in resort real estate development for more than ten years. Combining this experience with her Masters in Fine Arts, her love of the outdoors and her dedication to helping people find their dreams, Carol is ready to help others find their piece of magic in the Elk Valley.
